Plain Weave
A clean, closely woven surface. Yarn selection and weave density can be adjusted to achieve the flexibility and firmness your product requires.
Get Nylon Webbing That Fits Your Product
Your nylon webbing needs the right thickness, flexibility and surface feel — not just the right width and strength — to work in your finished product.
Whether you need non-elastic or elastic nylon webbing, start with a drawing, an existing sample or your product requirements.
We manufacture custom nylon webbing in a range of widths, thicknesses and Pantone colors to suit different product designs. The available size combinations depend on the webbing construction.

Two nylon webbings can share the same width and thickness but behave differently in your product. A 25 mm × 1.5 mm strap may be flexible enough to fold around a buckle, while another construction at the same size may be too firm. When matching an existing strap, dimensions alone are not enough — a physical sample helps us evaluate the construction, flexibility and surface feel before weaving a replacement.
Non-elastic nylon webbing is suitable for straps that need to maintain their working length without intentional elastic stretch. Different woven constructions allow us to adjust the surface appearance, flexibility and firmness to suit your product.
A clean, closely woven surface. Yarn selection and weave density can be adjusted to achieve the flexibility and firmness your product requires.
A visible diagonal weave that creates a different surface appearance. The weave pattern alone does not determine how soft or strong the finished strap will be.
A more pronounced woven surface for products needing a particular visual or tactile finish. Texture and overall flexibility can be developed separately.
A smooth nylon webbing is not necessarily a soft one. A strap can have a smooth surface but remain firm, while another with a visible woven texture may still be flexible. When specifying your non-elastic nylon webbing, describe both the surface you want and how the strap should bend or hold its shape. This helps us select a construction that works beyond appearance alone.

Turn your custom nylon webbing into a branded strap or a ready-to-assemble component. From logo customization to cutting, sewing and hardware attachment, we help develop webbing that fits your finished product.
Your logo can be woven, printed or applied in silicone, depending on the appearance, level of detail and surface effect you want. We can evaluate the branding method alongside your webbing width, construction and design.
Create nylon webbing with logos, lettering or repeating patterns woven directly into the fabric. The design becomes part of the webbing rather than a separate surface print. Logo size, detail and color combinations are evaluated against the available weaving space.
Add logos, graphics or multicolor designs to the surface of your nylon webbing. Printing can be useful when your artwork requires visual details that are difficult to reproduce through weaving. The printing method is selected according to the nylon surface, design and intended use.
Apply raised silicone logos, lettering or decorative patterns to create a different surface appearance and feel. The design and coverage can be customized while considering how the webbing needs to bend, stretch or pass through hardware.
Receive cut lengths, sewn straps or assembled components based on your product design. We can combine webbing processing and hardware attachment to reduce the additional assembly work required on your side.
Get nylon webbing cut to specified lengths, with folded ends, sewn loops or other stitching configurations. Cutting and sewing details can be developed around the way the strap attaches to your product and the dimensions required after assembly.
Combine nylon webbing with buckles, adjusters, D-rings or other specified hardware. We can work with your supplied components or help source compatible hardware, while checking webbing width, thickness and fit during sample assembly.
Develop complete straps or partially assembled webbing components based on your product drawings or reference samples. This can include multiple webbing sections, adjustment hardware and sewn connections, reducing the additional assembly work required on your side.
You don't need a complete manufacturing specification to begin. Your logo artwork, product drawing or an existing strap sample can give us a useful starting point.
For branding, we can review the logo dimensions, colors, repeat spacing and available webbing width. For assembly, we look at finished strap length, stitching positions, hardware dimensions and how the webbing connects to your product. Reviewing these details together helps avoid developing a webbing that looks right but needs changes when it is assembled.

You don't need to manage multiple suppliers to develop your custom nylon webbing. Whether you're starting with an idea, a drawing or an existing strap, we help you work through the details, develop samples, coordinate manufacturing and assembly, and arrange delivery to your destination.
Share what you have—a drawing, a product photo, an existing strap or your performance requirements. We help identify what's already clear, what still needs to be decided and what can be developed through sampling.
We help evaluate how your requirements work together. If the webbing feels too stiff, a logo loses detail or a buckle doesn't fit properly, we can review the construction, dimensions or components and develop samples for your testing.
After sample approval, we coordinate the required weaving, branding, finishing, sewing and hardware sourcing or attachment. You work with one manufacturing partner rather than managing each part of the strap separately.
We prepare your samples or production order for shipment and arrange transportation to your specified destination under the agreed shipping terms.

sales@anmyda.comYou can start a custom nylon webbing project with as little as 1 meter. Whether you need existing webbing for initial testing or a newly developed construction, we offer flexible sampling options to help you evaluate your design before committing to a larger order.
If an existing nylon webbing is close to your requirements, you can use it to check width, thickness, feel or compatibility with your product before investing in a new construction.
When your design requires a different weave, size, elasticity, color or branding, we can evaluate a custom woven sample instead.
Starting with available webbing can be a practical way to confirm your requirements before developing something new.
For newly developed nylon webbing, trial weaving may require more than one meter to set up the construction and stabilize the weaving process.
You can still request just one meter for evaluation. In practice, we often provide around 20 meters when additional length is useful for assembly trials, product testing or comparing different configurations.
The minimum sample quantity and the actual development work are not always the same, which is why custom sampling costs are evaluated separately.
Once your sample meets the product requirements, we can review the production quantity, yarn availability, color requirements and manufacturing schedule.
Special yarn colors, additional finishing or complex assembly requirements may affect production costs and lead times.
For a smoother transition to production, we recommend confirming the approved sample specifications and any remaining material or assembly details before placing your bulk order.
Explore our 1 Meter MOQ program to see how you can begin testing or developing custom webbing without committing to a large production order.
No complete specifications or bulk order commitment required.
