The applications listed above are only examples. We develop custom elastic webbing, jacquard webbing and elastic jacquard webbing for products across different industries, including applications that may not fit a standard webbing category.
One important lesson from custom development is that a webbing specification does not always tell us how the webbing needs to perform. Two projects may request the same material, width and stretch, yet require different constructions. A wearable strap may need a softer edge and comfortable recovery, while a strap holding equipment in position may need greater resistance to unwanted extension or slipping.
Matching the dimensions alone does not guarantee that a webbing will work as intended.
If your application isn't listed, start by showing us what the webbing needs to do, not just what it needs to be made from. A product photo, existing sample or simple description of how the strap is loaded, stretched, attached or worn can help us identify which specifications should be confirmed first—and which may need to change during development.
