Known for its excellent durability and strength, Nylon is often used for heavy-duty applications such as pet leashes, harnesses, or luggage straps.

Polyester is resistant to water and UV damage, which makes it a great choice for outdoor applications, including lawn furniture, marine, and camping equipment.

1.Plain Weave

2.Twill Weave
In this technique, the weft thread goes over one or more warp threads and then under two or more warp threads. This results in a distinctive diagonal pattern. Twill weave is known for its strength and durability and is commonly used in heavy-duty applications.
3.Satin Weave
This method involves the weft thread floating over several warp threads and then going under one warp thread. This results in a smooth and glossy surface that’s more delicate and less durable than other weaves. Satin weave is often used for decorative purposes.
4.Jacquard Weave
This is a subset of Jacquard weaving techniques and involves alternating areas of satin and sateen weaves. This creates a pattern that can be seen due to the contrasting luster of the different weaves. Damask weave is used for more complex and detailed designs.

The selection of the surface treatment technique would depend on the intended use of the Jacquard webbing, the materials it's made from, and the specific aesthetic or functional qualities you want it to have.
This process can be done before weaving (yarn dyeing) or after weaving (piece dyeing). It is used to give the webbing its color and can be done in virtually any color or combination of colors.
Printing allows for more intricate designs and patterns to be added onto the surface of the webbing after it has been woven. This can include logos, branding, or detailed graphics.
This process involves applying heat to the webbing to set the weave and reduce shrinkage. It can also help to improve the smoothness and luster of the webbing.
Webbing can be waxed or coated to enhance its resistance to water, UV, or abrasion. This can be particularly important for webbing that will be used in harsh or outdoor environments.
These processes can be used to give the webbing a softer, more velvety feel.
This is a pre-shrinking fabric process that limits the residual or further shrinkage of the fabric to less than 1%.
